I don't really have a lot of experience with InstaCorr; I guess I'm looking for something a little more...tangable?
My current (probably awful) idea is just to make a fat bunch of "timing" files for each window in the run. So for a 10m resting state run and a 30s sliding window - make like 20 timing files (e.g. one that just says 0, one that says 30, etc. to the end) and where the basis function is a 30s block. I feel like this is a brute force method that is full of problems or errors that I just can't see. Is there anything glaringly wrong with this, or obvious improvements that I'm missing?
