Thanks alot for the answers, it helped clear things up, although I think I might have neglected an important piece of information... do I still need to use 3dbucket if my condition is already processed under Z scores? In other words, for all my subjects I have a Z score map and from what I understand, 3dbucket is used to concatenate only sub-bricks of a 3d-time series....in my files I basically don't have the time dimension. Can 3dbucket accomplish a matrix of x rows (# voxels) with 15 columns (# subjects) and correlate each row with my 1D file and output a correlation map? Your example works, but I'm simply not sure what 3dbucket computes if I input non time-series data.
Thanks again for your time, it is really appreciated.
