Hi Rick, thanks for your speedy response! Just wanted to confirm that this is the answer to the question in my readme file about the ring effect in my connectivity analysis. If so, can you please clarify the following?

1) What do you mean by working straight from the errts file? Is this something that needs to change in the correlation 3dDeconvolve or the activation 3dDeconvolve or during the seed time series creation itself? And how is this related to the ring effect I inquired about?

2)Also what would your recommendation be on what constitutes a high motion TR for removal?
