I'm trying to understand why things go wrong (see my previous posts).

I was again trying to compare activations obtained in the surface space to those obtained in the volume space (same data, same GLM analysis but done separately) and I had crash of suma

Here the commands I used :
afni -niml &
underlay NS20_SurfVol_Alnd_Exp+orig (NS20 being my subject id)

then I started suma:
suma -spec /data/clampadapt/NS20/anatomy/NS20/SUMA/std.141.NS20_both.spec -sv NS20_SurfVol_Alnd_Exp+orig

then, from the afni window, I asked for a new afni viewer in which I read the result of the givem glm:
underlay : anat_al+orig
overlay : stats.Xns20_sa_only+orig (result of the glm in the volume space)

then from the suma windiw i loaded (ctrl-s) the file stats.NS20.rh.sa_only2.niml.dset (result of the glm in the surf space)

to compare and here after some move of the cursor Suma crashed:

I don't know, maybe this can help you to understand my problem.
