AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello everyone,

I'm a new AFNI/ubuntu (14.04 lite) user. The reason because I writting here it is because I ve recently installed AFNI in my computer. When I run the afni comman in the console, the afni window gets open. That is good, because it demonstrates that afni has been properly installed. Hoverver, when I am trying to run the script uber_subect.py (as I did it in IOS) for individual analysis, the terminal reports that this command doesnt exist. I have tried to add the uber_subject.py directory to the bash path, but it still not working. I have also tried to use the tcsh shell, but it is useless. I would really appreciate if any of you could help me with this problem. I am very new using AFNi and ubuntu..

Thank you!!
