Hello again,

So it went trough it and produced the desired output, thanks!
However, I noticed that the output does not include interactions with the continuous covariate (response duration) so I ran a few other versions of my script including new glt contratss and interactions but I never got it to finish. The p^rogram does not complain but it hangs after the data specification part right where it says:

"If the program hangs here for more than, for example, half an hour, kill the process because the model specification or the GLT coding is likely inappropriate."

The helpfile suggests that continuous covariates can be included in glts but perhaps I coded it incorrectely? My modified command is below. Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
