Hello,

I am in the process of running the second script (3dDWItoDT) from the FATCAT Demo adapted to my data. I am running into the following error: data set must have number of sub-briks equal to one more than the number of gradient vectors.

I realize that in order to get around this I will need to average the 3 b0s in my dwi data set. I know how to average the three sub-briks using 3dcalc. What I am not sure of is how to subtract the first 3 b0s (the first 3 sub-briks) in the DWI data set and then replace them with the averaged 3B0s. That way in my DWI data set, I will have 1 sub-brik representing the averaged 3b0s and the rest of the data pints there after.
