A prior post about this error notes white space in paths can be an issue:
[
afni.nimh.nih.gov]
I'm not running from within a directory that has spaces in the path:
/Volumes/ockham/elyse/analysis/DorothyPar
But I am running from within an external drive. Could this be part of the problem?
cheers
