AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,

I have two separate questions regarding context-dependent correlation analysis.

1. I'm trying to use the alternative approach of starting the analysis with 3dSynthesize. I'm trying to do the adwarp step and getting the following error: -apar & -dpar are in same +view!
I'm not sure what this error means exactly, and what I might be doing wrong?

2. On the instructional page for the context-dependent correlation analysis, the side-note about doing the 3dSynthesize alternative suggests that one might want to break the ROI time series into multiple runs. Does it matter whether you break it into separate runs or leave it concatenated as one run during the analysis?

Thanks!
