AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi
So we have two types of stimuli. For one (an emotional scenario), we only have one modulator (a rating of the scenario).
For the second type of stimuli, we have two modulators (two separate ratings).
If I understand you correctly, we should be doing separate analysis with these right?
Then about the structure of the married files, I thought it was supposed to be
t1*R1, R2:d.
Is that not correct?
I attached an example of a txt file with 8 runs, and 2 modulators.
And lastly (I swear the last one), could it be a problem that our times are with 3 and 4 decimals?
Claudio
