AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Gang,

3dcalc script in nedit:

3dcalc -a stats.xxxxxxx_20140102.mid2_REML+tlrc -b stats.xxxxxxx_20140109.mid2_REML+tlrc \
-expr 'abs(a-b)' \
-prefix xxxxxxx_absMid2 \

3dinfo dset a:

Dataset File: stats.xxxxxxx_20140102.mid2_REML+tlrc

3dinfo dset b:

There are 183 sub-bricks for dsetA, and 153 sub-bricks for dsetB that I did not paste. Is it a problem to have a different number of sub-bricks? I also see an issue with size...3dinfo is helpful! Number of values stored for each pixel and statpar values are different between dsets.

You are amazing!!! THANK YOU.

Lindsay
