Did you count the number of files to check it
against what you expect? It would be good
to make sure that you are missing slices,
because that is not so common.

It is far more common for a non-alphabetic
file name order to throw off the proper slice
order.

Please post your Dimon command (possibly
obscuring subject names), along with the
text output if you can. Also, consider adding
-dicom_org and -save_details DET, say, to
help determine what is happening.

If you do that and wish to email me the output,
including the resuling DET* files, please feel
free.
