That warning stems from the difference in origin computation between the oblique mosaic dataset and the standard DICOM origins derived from the dataset. The mosaic format is a bit strange, so the computation of the origin is reverse-engineered. Usually this origin seems to be okay anyway, but you can verify the dataset has the correct obliquity by warping the EPI dataset to match an anatomical dataset acquired in the same session. Check to see if the datasets overlay each other in the AFNI viewer. See this link for more details.
