Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi all

I ran 3dMVM on datasets that were converted to MNI space using 3dAllineate. After running 3dMVM, my ANOVA result was in tlr. space. I needed to convert it back to MNI space so I used 3dWarp:

3dWarp -tta2mni -prefix MNI_MRI_3dclust_Acc MRI_3dclust_Acc+tlrc

It worked and when I looked up the space using 3dinfo, it says MNI - which is what I want, but I am confused as to why it still has a +tlrc at the end of the filename. Just curious as to why +tlrc tags along..

Thanks for any advice/suggestions.
