I’m writing to ask your advice on what group analysis program to use. The design in this case consists of one within-subject factor with two levels (Condition A and B) and one between-subject factor with three levels (Groups 1, 2, and 3). My question is: would it be best to analyze this data using 3dRegAna, 3dMVM, or 3dlme?

(I started analyzing the data with 3dlme but others have suggested using 3dRegAna with dummy variable coding for the three groups. I’m trying to figure out which is the optimal model to use in our situation.)
