Hello,

I would like to convert a list of coordinates in MNI space to coordinates in TLRC space (as I used the TT_N27 template for normalization with 3dQwarp). In particular, the list of coordinates are the ones used in Power et al., Neuron 2011 [www.nil.wustl.edu]

Is there any tool that can do the conversion automatically? whereami offers this feature, but it also returns extra information that I would need to process in an script so that it only returns the x,y,z coordinates.

I tried to use the mni2tal program. However, I noticed that the TLRC coordinates obtained with mni2tal for the MNI coordinates of the parcels 27 (MNI x,y,z = -38,-27,69 ) and 37 (MNI x,y,z = -38,-15,69) would fall outside of the brain!! whereas the coordinates shown in whereami are correct.
