AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Hello AFNI experts,
I received the following bug when running afni_proc.py on a MacOSx 10.9.5 with the latest afni binaries:

3dDespike -NEW -nomask -prefix pb01.CON_020.r01.despike pb00.CON_020.r01.tcat+orig
dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libgomp.1.dylib
Referenced from: /Applications/afni/3dDespike
Reason: image not found
Trace/BPT trap
Finished!


I followed previous posts and created a .bashrc file in my home directory and added the following and it still did not work:

.bashrc
------------
export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/Applications/afni
export DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH=/Applications/afni


I still get the same error as above even after restarting etc.

Any suggestions?
