AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,

I was having some problems with my ROI mask. I drew multiple ROIs on a zeroed dataset using the draw dataset tool through AFNI. The ROIs have a number of different values including 3, 5, 7, 9, and 6, 8, 10, 12 all the way to 20. All of the ROIs are touching each other.

I now would like to change the values:

For example:
3 --> 6
5 --> 7
10 --> 12

What is the best command to use to do that? I've looked through the (extremely) helpful ROI powerpoint but I only see options to zero out certain values and not to change them.
