Dear AFNI users-

Hi All

I am working with a large dataset that has 1900 time points and am running the command below

3dAllineate -base Anat_ns+tlrc -input pb01.$subj.r$run.tshift+orig -1Dmatrix_apply mat.r$run.warp.aff12.1D -mast_dxyz 1 -prefix rm.epi.nomask.r$run

but after processing the 143th time point, the program aborts with this error

*** MCW_malloc(18573604) from mri_new.c#131 FAILS!

** ERROR: malloc failure for image space: 18573604 bytes

Please help me with this matter. I have spend a couple of days looking for solutions on-line but have not been successful.
