AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

You may be running out of memory, or you are working with 32-bit binaries that can't handle such large datasets. If possible, upgrade to a 64-bit version. Use "afni -ver" to find out which version of the AFNI package you have. Also consider the "-mast_dxyz 1" option you have in your command. That resamples the output to 1mm3 for all of your data. If your EPI data had been acquired at 3mm3 instead, then that would be too fine a resolution to be useful and take up memory, disk space and processing time unnecessarily.
