Hi all,

I'd like to ask one question about the make -netrois ROI.nii for 3dTrackID

when I conduct to draw mini-probabilistic tracktography with 3dTrackID, it was conducted pretty well with whole brain mask image

. 3dTrackID -mode MINIP -dti_in DT -mini_num 7 -uncert UNCERT_UNI+orig <some details..> -netrois whole_brain_mask.nii -logic OR -prefix o.MP -dt_trk_out o.MP

however, I dont know excatly how can I make multibrick ROIs mask image to draw ROI-to-ROI connectivity

I made 4D image using fsl from 2 ROIs image <<.fslmerge -t l.thalamus-l.mpfc l.thalamus.nii l.mpfc.nii >> 3dTrackID have made no trackts anymore. I think this ROI image is faulty.

when I have 2 ROI images (thalamus.nii mpfc.nii), how can I make ROIs image to input -netrois option?

Can you advice me exact syntax using 3dCalc or etc?
