Hello - I tried to search for an answer to this question but couldn't.
I have edited an afni_proc output for batch processing, so my volreg step looks pretty much identical to [
afni.nimh.nih.gov]
During the 3DAllineate step, I receive a lot of:
*+ WARNING: -1D*_apply 'sub002.warp.mat.1D': 1 isn't enough rows for source dataset -- last row will repeat
...
...
++ ========== sub-brick #113 ========== [total CPU to here=5.2 s]
*+ WARNING: Re-using final row of -1D*_apply 'sub002.warp.mat.1D' for sub-brick #113
...
(one for each sub-brick, obviously)
Are these warnings expected?
This prompted me to look at the sub002.warp.mat.1D file which has one row of 12 numbers.
If these parameters are being applied to every sub-brick I am wondering how this accounts of the framewise motion parameters created in 3dvolreg?
Here is my cat_matvec command:
cat_matvec -ONELINE \
${s}_T1_ns+tlrc::WARP_DATA -I \
${s}_T1_al_mat.aff12.1D -I \
${s}_$r.volreg.mat.1D > ${s}_$r.warp.mat.1D
Thank you for your help!
