So, I'm guessing you are going from Example 10, then, just by a cursory glance?
The error you are getting is that your input EPI can't be found-- it is currently given as
'/Modularity_TestAFNI1/SMART001bfMRI+orig.BRIK'.
I'm a bit surprised that it would start from the highest directory on your computer, '/'. Is it possible that it should be a subdirectory of where you are running, and therefore be:
'./Modularity_TestAFNI1/SMART001bfMRI+orig.BRIK' or just './Modularity_TestAFNI1/SMART001bfMRI+orig' ? (Note the period/fullstop at the start.)
