AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I got it, I just needed to enter the FULL pathway. Thanks. Are these warnings something to be concerned of?

*+ WARNING: dataset is already aligned in time!
*+ WARNING: ==>> output dataset is just a copy of input dataset

*+ WARNING: If you are performing spatial transformations on an oblique dset,
such as ./__tt_SMART001bT1+orig.BRIK,
or viewing/combining it with volumes of differing obliquity,
you should consider running:
3dWarp -deoblique
on this and other oblique datasets in the same session.
See 3dWarp -help for details.

Warning 3dSkullStrip:****************
Surface self intersecting!

*+ WARNING: Changing the space of an ORIG view dataset may cause confusion!
*+ WARNING: NIFTI copies will be interpreted as TLRC view (not TLRC space).
*+ WARNING: Consider changing the view of the dataset to TLRC view also

*+ WARNING: input 'a' is not used in the expression

** FATAL ERROR: 3dDeconvolve dies: Insufficient data (2) for estimating 142 parameters
