Hello,
I am relatively new to using suma and working in surface space, so please let me know if I am not including all necessary information. I am trying to create ROIs in surface space, which I can then use to extract values from those ROIs of interest in contrasts of interest.
I used the following command to create 1D files for all the ROIs I identified in the left hemisphere:
ROIgrow -overwrite -spec std.141.118_lh.spec -surf_A std.141.lh.smoothwm.asc -roi_nodes nodevalue_all_ROIs_lh.1D -lim 6 -full_list -roi_labels nodelabel_all_ROIs_lh.1D -prefix ROImask_118_lh
The result was 16 1D files (1 for each ROI). I then used the following command for each 1D file to try and create a mask for the ROIs that I can use to extract the values (with 3 being the example ROI 1D file):
ConvertDset -o_niml -add_node_index -input ROImask_118_lh.3.1D -prefix ROImask_lh_inf_post_118
However, when I try to open up this mask in suma I get the following errors:
SUMA_OKassign: Node index range outside 0 and SO- N_Node
and Error SUMA_LoadDsetOntoSO: Failed loading, and colorizing dset
Any assistance with creating these ROIs in surface space, turning them into masks, and then extracting values from those ROIs, would be very much appreciated.
Thank you,
Stephanie
