AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Hi Johannes,

It is a little difficult to tell what might be
happening. You seem to be in the right directory,
yet many files are not being found.

Note that you do not need to use the whole path
to @ss_review_basic to run it. Maybe it is easier
one of these ways:

tcsh @ss_review_basic

./@ss_review_basic


Would you send me the file 'output.proc.vp05' via
email, please? It is a little long for the board,
but might help to shed some light on this. Also,
it might help to send the @ss_review_basic script,
itself.
