Hi,

I am trying to use 3dGroupInCorr to perform a resting state analysis and have two questions.

1) When I click on GrpInCorr/Setup GICor on the AFNI GUI, I get an error saying "3dGroupInCorr isn't connected!!"
I have the most recent version of AFNI, but I am not sure exactly how to go about connecting?

2) I am not sure what output of afni_proc.py to use for the -mask option of 3dSetupGroupInCorr. afni_proc generated different masks for each subject, so it is unclear what I should be using. Is there a common mask that is generated as part of the afni_proc script?
