We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Did you use 3dMVM? For each GLT, you get two sub-bricks, plus the F-stats for main effects and interactions.

When I saw the contingency table generated by 3dLME:

Subj vs Task:

Listen Reading
sub01 1 0
sub02 1 0
sub03 1 0
...

I thought that Task was a between-subjects factor. Now it seems that the labels in the 1st column (Subj) underneath -dataTable are not coded correctly! For example,

sub17 Reading Chn "$chn"/sub01/surface_files/"$hemi"_GLM_glts.1D\[10] \

The subject label should be 'sub01', not 'sub17'.
