>Did you use 3dMVM? For each GLT, you get two sub-bricks, plus the F-stats for main effects and interactions.
No,I used 3dLME, as the first post showed. I have 15 GLTs, So I should got 30 sub-bricks included means and t-values,Plus the F-stats for main effects(two in my case) and interactions. So there should be 36 sub-bricks. But I got 34 sub-bricks. Didn't know what's wrong.
>I thought that Task was a between-subjects factor. Now it seems that the labels in the 1st column (Subj) underneath -dataTable are not coded correctly! For example,
>sub17 Reading Chn "$chn"/sub01/surface_files/"$hemi"_GLM_glts.1D\[10] \
>The subject label should be 'sub01', not 'sub17'.
There are two groups(Chinese and English), each subject read and listen the story in their own language. Should I treat the english story and chinese story as the same task(two levels in Task, read story/listen story), or split them into four levels(read english, read chinese, listen english, listen chinese) ?
and after we settled the above problem, how should i label the subject ?
Thanks
