AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Hello,

I'm getting the following error when I run afni_proc.py: 

3dSkullStrip -orig_vol -input ./__tt_F014_A1+orig -prefix ./__tt_F014_A1_ns
dyld: Library not loaded: /sw/lib/libglib-2.0.0.dylib
  Referenced from: /Users/josetomiozzo/RM/abin/3dSkullStrip
  Reason: image not found
** ERROR: Could not strip skull

** ERROR - script failed

My afni version:
Precompiled binary macosx_10.8_icc: Sep 23 2015 (Version AFNI_2011_12_21_1014)

I've already reinstalled glib2 through MacPorts and tried to set environment variables "setenv DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH ~/RM/abin" but I still get the same error.
