AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thanks Daniel!
I "think" I finished the install today. It was kind of traumatic. Homebrew got hidden somewhere and seems to work but I still can't find it. One final issue- I can only get afni to open from terminal if I use "open afni" as a command- just "afni" does not work. is this normal? also it gave me a lot of warnings (the "detached from terminal" one was what worried me the most):

[a-c1mmr3kndv30:~] vanheckea% /Users/vanheckea/abin/abin/afni ; exit;

Thanks go to P Taylor for great efforts

Initializing: X11.

Does this look ok? Afni seems to still "work."
