No. But it really hinges on whether bandpassing is
also done, and whether people account for that.
Particularly when doing bandpassing and censoring,
there is even concern of many studies are going in to
the negatives with remaining degrees of freedom, per
say. It is through incorrect methods that they do not
(presumably) even realize this.
The afni_proc.py output should specify how man DoF are
remaining. If you are bandpassing, I expect you are
losing more than 100 DoF before censoring is even
considered. Are you?
Are you using afni_proc.py? If so, what does it say
about remaining DoF?
