Hello,
When I try to use 3dTcorr1D to correlate behavior data (age) with resting state functional connectivity z maps (.nii format), I run into a couple of issues. My general format is: 3dTcorr1D -pearson [imaging file(s)] [1D file to correlate]
1. I can't seem to run in a batch (calling in a .txt file with all images listed). However, this gives me an error about not being able to read the 1D file specifically, not the images.
2. When I try to run one subject's data only (e.g. "3dTcorr1D -pearson subject1.nii 1Dfile"), it tells me I can't run a correlation with fewer than three observations. When I try to use a file for the neuroimaging data with only three observations, I get back to error #1. (All 1D files used have the appropriate number of observations to match the imaging data called.)
I know that there are some formatting specifications for other functions like 3dttest++, for example, if covarying, the covary file must have the first 12 characters of the imaging file's name. Is there anything like that that I am missing here? (I have tried this format specifically.)
Thank you in advance for your help,
Ariel
