Hi! I was wondering if there were any rules of thumb or guidelines whose documentation I might've missed re: how to use the info generously provided by proc.py to help determine whom to boot vs. retain for one's final sample, before proceeding to group-level analyses.
I've collected the following bits of info for each participant (n = 209):
(0) TRs above mot limit
(1) TRs above out limit
(2) TRs censored
(3) TSNR avg
I've had a sense that I should care most about data loss according to (2) (e.g., if more than 20% of TRs were censored, don't include participant) & data quality as per (3) (e.g., if TSNR seemed significantly low, outside the 130-290 range I saw for most of the sample, don't include participant). Using those sample cut-offs, which, although thought through, are somewhat arbitrary, I was left w/ 186 participants, or 89% of the total sample.
I know visually inspecting the data is critical, but any insight into how to use other info, such as the above, would be extremely helpful. Thank you! -Robie
