So you have a dataset in Talairach space, preferably a mask dataset, and you
want the coordinate/index pairs for voxels in that mask, is that correct?

If so, consider: 3dmaskdump -index -noijk -xyz -mask MASK+tlrc MASK+tlrc

In this case, the mask can be used both as a voxel mask and as the input
(i.e. it connects indices to coordinates).
