Dear AFNI users-

Hi Kai,

Even with identical voxel sizes, the grids may not
match. The origins might be different, or the number
of voxels in each direction might be different.

I think when you do the resampling (either of your
fbuc to 1x1x1 or your ROI to the grid of your fbuc),
use the -master option, instead of -dxyz. That will
force the grids to be identical.

3dresample -master ROI+orig -inset fbuc+orig -prefix fbuc_resam
