Hi,
I installed afni via the Ubuntu software center/NeuroDebian. It is running fine, but using afni_proc.py with Example 9b (anaticor and censoring) let to 2 datasets, one with local WM regression and one censored but I want both methods combined. I saw in another thread that anaticor now should work with 3dTproject but looking at the script created with afni_proc.py I see that in my case it is still 3dTfitter (anaticor step copied below) so I am assuming that means my version is too old? Using the afni -ver command I get: Precompiled binary =Debian-x86_64-1-gnu: Dec 26 2014 (Version AFNI_2011_12_21_1014). So it seems the afni version is the latest but even though I just re-installed it I do not get the latest compile date. Is it because I used the Ubuntu software center/ NeuroDebian? The @update.afni.binaries command is also not found.
It would be great to get some advice!
Best,
Janina
