Hi Janina,
Be aware: if you DO get current binaries, there
has been a change to keep those errts time series
the same. So now the errts TS will *always* have
the all-zero volumes at censored TRs. That is
now consistent.
The NeuroDebian package is not really expected to
be as current as ours. They only update once in
a while. We might update frequently.
Use of 'bash' does not matter. If AFNI is imported
via apt-get in NeuroDebian, it will be whatever
version they are at. It takes them time and effort
to pull in a new AFNI version. Do not expect them
to be current.
If you want current binaries, get them from our
site.
