Hi Ajay,

The error message said "No lateral ventricle voxel survives from the erosion operation". If your EPI resolution is not high and your subject has narrow ventricles, you might not get the eroded ventricle masks.

Sorry, actually I don't have any cigar for that (resolution + subject issue), but there are several tweaks you can consider:

[1:Easiest Level]
Skip LVe regressor for all subjects: I have looked for the reason to include this regressor for long time, but couldn't find any uber-strong reason yet. Use -no_ventricles option, if you agree with this.

[2:Normal Level]
Relieve the stringent erosion operation little by edit the @ANATICOR script. Look at the command line:

3dcalc -a __mask_LV_res+orig -b a+i -c a-i -d a+j -e a-j -f a+k -g a-k -expr a*(1- amongst(0,b,c,d,e,f,g)) -prefix __mask_LVe

Here, you can skip one or two directions of erosion by remove (b and c) for x axis, (d and e) for y axis, (f and g) for z axis.
In this case, ANATICOR doesn't guarantee "avoiding BACKDRAFT of GM- or GS-related signals" anymore.

[3:Hard Level]
Making manual LVe masks on EPI grid, and just follow the instructions in the technical note for ANATICOR (http://afni.nimh.nih.gov/sscc/hjj/anaticor).
