AFNI crases when analyzing more than 100 scans

Hi,

I have around 120 scans of fMRI data and when i try to analyze it via afni ( by afni_proc.py), it always crashes before 3dDeconvolve. I found out that it is caused due to a "cat" command which concatenates the de-meaned motion parameters into one file to be used as a regressor. This particular 'cat' command (shown in next line) takes only upto 99 and if u have more than 100 runs, it is crashing.

>>cat dfile.r??.1D >dfile.rall.1D

I have to manually change it everytime i have more than 99 scans. Has anyone else seen this before? If so is there a work around?

reagrds,
krishna
