Ziad,

I have now fixed the small problem and now have a bigger problem.

I ran the analyses both on the meshes and on the normal anatomy. There was significant differences in the magnitude of the activations such that the group analyses looked completely different.

The inflated single subject left hemisphere is thresholded at 2.49=t so that q=.05 The Min =-5.91727 The Max = 8.399 There does not seem to be a way to change the cluster threshold.

The analyses the standard way has substantially more significant activation. The threshold is at 2.78=t so that q=0.5 with k=50. The Min=-9.55 and the Max =13.088.

I would have included the images but could not figure out how to attach them.

I am not sure what the problem is since the same data and the same onsets were input. The only difference was the surface. What are your thoughts?
