Hello all,

After updating my binaries last night, nothing no data will preprocess (even data that I previous ran succesfully). I get the following error on several different data sets from several different experiments.

@Align_Centers -base /Users/whitesf/abin/TT_N27+tlrc \\

Then rerun @auto_tlrc using the _shft
version of your datasets.
