Dear AFNI experts,

In Freesurfer, I modified the lh.aparc.a2009smodified.annot file in order to subdivide some regions into smaller ROIs. Now, I would like to export into SUMA this new parcellation file. However, when I try to run @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS I cannot get the program to use the new .annot file that I created in Freesurfer. In Freesurfer, I also modified the Simple_surface_labels2009modified.txt to accommodate the "extra" regions.

I saw that SUMA uses the FreeSurferColorLUT.txt during the making of the Spec files. Should I modify that one too and if yes, what is the best way to do it. Just add extra labels after the parcellation that I used (a2009s)?
