I also modified the FreeSurferColorLUT.txt file to accommodate the extra ROIs. It didn't work. I can see my new region in SUMA by clicking on it, however, it does not read the new RGB colors I assigned to it (it is the same color as the entire initial ROI) or the label I gave to this new region. I also tried to modify the rank file in FreeSurfer by adding a row for my new ROI at the end of the file but when I ran @SUMA_make_spec_FS, none of the labels show up.


I am not sure what else to try,
