Hi,
I'm experiencing various problems when using @AddEdge -auto to check alignment between functional and anatomical scans.
- First, since my last afni update (AFNI_2011_12_21_1014), I cannot see the purple lines (edges on anatomical volumes) anymore. I only see cyan and dark red lines. That is sufficient to check alignment, but I wonder what happened.
- Second, I have a problem that seems to happen randomly. Every now and then, the command does not display any edge (only gray anatomical volumes), and return the following error:

PO: plugout connection from host 127.0.0.1 (tcp:*:1033)
PO: plugout connection name is @AddEdge
PO: can't listen on IOCHAN tcp:127.0.0.1:1040
PO: no IOCHAN connection established.
PO: can't create PLUGOUT_spec. Input was:
PONAME ManOfLaMancha
IOCHAN tcp:127.0.0.1:1040

I could not figure out what it means.
Thank you for your help !
Guillaume
