3dcalc median on more than 26 subjects?

Hello,

I have some data with a skewed distribution and when I do an ROI analysis there is a large difference when I calculate the mean versus the median. Instead of an ROI analysis I would like to calculate the median on the volume data, but as far as I can tell 3dcalc has a maximum number of inputs of 26? Unfortunately, I have 31 subjects in my study. Does anyone know of a workaround or a way I could get the median across all 31 volumes?

Thanks,
David
