Extracting ROIs between experiments (an external localizer)

Hello,
We have a set of two experiments per subject.
The first is an “external localizer” – used to identify the exact location of an area per subject. Contrasting between the relevant conditions in this experiment creates a functional localizer, used to functionally identify ROIs.
We are actually interested in the activity in these ROIs in the second experiment. We therefore want to define the ROI in the first experiment, save the list of the coordinates, and see the activity in the exact same coordinates in the second experiment, per subject.
We’ve been playing with saving clusters from the cluster report in the GUI. However, this gives us only the peak / CMass coordinates. We couldn’t find a list of the coordinates of all voxels in the ROI.
We additionally created a mask with the activated voxels in the first experiment. Is there a way to save only a single activation cluster as a mask, rather than all activated areas?
Thanks!
