AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I performed a one condition across two groups (G1, G2) contrast with a covariate in 3dMEMA. Using 3dinfo, I found that the t-stats for one of the groups (G2) are absent (please see 3dinfo output below at sub-brick #3) but that the t-stats for the other group and for the contrast between groups are present. When I run this analysis with a different mask or with different sub-bricks from the same Rbucket file, this problem does not consistently appear. I would appreciate any help in determining what happened to the t-stats for one group. Please response to Betty Jo Salmeron (email above) or Tom Ross regarding this question as I am in my last few days as a NIDA post-bac. Thank you!
