Hey Rick,

I was under the assumption that AlphaSim/3dClustSim provides a p-threshold & k-threshold such that the whole-brain FDR is 0.05 (or whatever you set it at). Is this not the case? If not, how do you set a whole-brain FDR of 0.05? What would the correct terminology of AlphaSim's multiple comparisons correction method be?
