Hi Steve,

Actually, 3dresample is the appropriate program to use. What was your command?
Basically, you should use -dxyz with half the dimension size in the 2 within slice
directions (or use -master if such a dataset already exists).

Note that if your dataset is not in alignment with something else yet, then you may
not need to be precise (get everyone at exactly 128x128x64). In a registered standard
space, you should make one proper dataset and then use 3dresample -master from there.
To make the first precise one, I would use 3dresample to get the deltas exactly what you
want, and then possibly 3dZeropad if it is 127x128x64 or something.

What was your command, and what does 3dinfo say that shows it did not work?
